Free Worldwide Shipping

Every Pawforever order includes free standard shipping to anywhere in the world. No minimum order, no hidden fees.

Processing Time (Made to Order)

Each piece is handmade to order. We email your design preview within 3–5 business days. Once you approve the preview, production of a standard urn takes another 2–3 weeks. Larger hand-sculpted pieces — full-body sculptures and bust portraits — require 8–10 weeks because they are sculpted entirely by hand. You will receive updates at every stage.

Shipping Methods

We ship via trusted international carriers (DHL, FedEx or UPS) with full tracking. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times (after production is complete)

United States: 10–15 days
International: 12–20 days

Packaging

Every urn and sculpture ships in a premium gift box with custom-cut protective foam and cushioning materials.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by your local authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient (DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid) and are not included in the order total or in our free shipping offer. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure about charges that may apply in your country.

Damaged in Transit

We take extraordinary care in packing. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will remake and reship your order at no cost to you.

Refunds and Cancellations

You may cancel your order before approving the design preview for a full refund. Once kiln firing begins, cancellation is not possible because the piece is made uniquely for you. See our Refund Policy for full details.
