How long does it take?
Standard production time is 2-3 weeks from design approval. Sculptures and bust portraits take 8-10 weeks due to the hand-sculpting process. You will receive updates at every stage.
Can I see a preview before it is made?
Yes. We email you a design preview within 3-5 business days. You can request unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied. We only fire the kiln after your final approval.
What size urn do I need?
As a general rule: 1 cubic inch of urn space per 1 pound of body weight. Our size guide on each product page helps you choose. If unsure, our team is happy to help.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping on every order. Each piece is carefully packed in a premium gift box with protective foam to ensure safe delivery.
What if my urn arrives damaged?
We take every precaution in packaging, but if anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will remake and reship your order at no cost.
