Choose your product and size. During checkout, upload 2-3 clear photos of your pet - front view, side view, and any special markings you want captured. Add your pet name and any message you would like included.
Step 2: Review Your Design
Within 3-5 business days, our artist will create a digital design preview based on your photos. We email this to you for review. Request changes, adjust colors, refine details - unlimited revisions until you say it is perfect.
Step 3: Handcrafting
Once you approve, our Jingdezhen artisans begin their work. Every piece is hand-shaped from premium porcelain clay, hand-painted with meticulous attention to your pet unique features, and kiln-fired at 1250 degrees Celsius for permanence.
Step 4: Delivery
