Every Pawforever order ships free, anywhere in the world, with full tracking. Here is everything you need to know about timing, customs, and duties.
Free worldwide shipping
Every order includes free standard shipping worldwide — no minimum order, no hidden fees. We ship via trusted international carriers (DHL, FedEx or UPS).
How long will my order take?
Each piece is made to order by hand. The timeline has three parts:

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, tracking information is emailed to you. Every parcel ships in a premium gift box with custom-cut protective foam.
Customs, duties and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country — for example, EU countries apply VAT, the UK applies VAT, Australia applies 10% GST, Japan applies consumption tax, and South Korea applies VAT. Shipments to the United States are generally exempt below the de minimis threshold.
We ship on a delivered-duty-unpaid (DDU) basis, which means duties are collected by the local carrier at delivery — the delivery driver will not hand over the parcel until they are paid. We do not collect these charges at checkout, and we cannot estimate them for you; your local customs office can give an exact figure.
Duties on returns
Duties and import taxes are paid to your local customs authority, not to us. If you return an item, we refund the product price, but duties already paid to customs are not refundable by us. If a parcel is refused at delivery, the original shipping cost may also not be refundable.
